your family have access to a FREE Discount
Prescription Drug Card program called Indiana Drug
Card. Simply print a free Indiana Drug Card below
and take to any participating pharmacy to start
saving. If you are not able to print, or otherwise
obtain a card, simply visit any CVS/pharmacy location
in Indiana and ask the pharmacy to have your prescription
processed through the Indiana Drug Card program.
This program has a "LOWEST PRICE" feature
that provides cardholders the lowest plan price on
prescriptions at participating pharmacies (Medication
Pricing/Discounts are calculated on the plans lowest
negotiated contract price and the pharmacy’s “usual
and customary” price). Indiana Drug Card is
accepted at over 50,000 pharmacies around the country.
